You will only be contacted by us to follow up on an order, or through our email newsletter if you have subscribed.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be sent infrequent periodic emails to notify you about new products, special offers and sales. If you wish to stop receiving this, you may unsubscribe at any time.

We respect your privacy and will never share your contact information with anyone.

Ordering

Online credit card transactions are handled using PayPal's secure checkout. If you do not have (or want) a PayPal account, simply choose the option to "Pay without a PayPal account" when you check out, and enter your credit card and contact information.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. To compare these prices to another currency, use an online currency convertor such as this one.

Many of our titles are now available as a digital PDF. To choose this option rather than the printed version, add the PDF to your cart by clicking the "Download" button, and check out normally. The PDF file including score and parts will be sent to you by email within 24 hours.

To place an order by mail, please download an order form and send a cheque or money order (see contact page for address).

Delivery

Physical items (i.e., printed sheet music and CDs) are mailed through Canada Post within 24 hours. Please allow up to about a week for delivery within Canada, and longer for international delivieres.

Digital items (PDFs) are emailed within 24 hours, and will arrive in your inbox. If you do not find your download within this timeframe, please check your junk mail folder, and make sure to add dale(at)pinegrovemusic(dot)com to your 'safe list'.

Shipping is FREE within North America. Please contact us for shipping rates elsewhere in the world.

Returns

If you receive an item that is defective, the item may be returned for exchange only, and will be replaced with a satisfactory copy of the same item. Please contact us immediately upon discovering a problem, and we will quickly resolve the issue.

Statement on Copyright

When you purchase any item, you agree to the following terms:

Copying is illegal, and its practice negatively impacts the livelihood of the composers, arrangers and publishers who have worked so hard to create and prepare their works for performance and publication. Be honest and don't make unauthorized copies or otherwise share/distribute music without permission.

When you purchase a digital sheet music title (PDF), you are authorized to make one printed copy for your own personal use. Any additional printing, copying or sharing/distributing is illegal. This applies equally to any promotional copy received.

There can be confusion over copyright laws for music in the public domain. Here in Canada, music enters the public domain 50 years after the death of the composer; however, the arranger (or editor/transcriber) of any such work owns the copyright for their published arrangement (or edition/transcription). It is therefore illegal to copy these publications.

Exclusions: Permission is hereby granted to the authorized owner of a Pine Grove Music publication to make copies in the following circumstances:

• copies of single pages to faciltate page turns.
• copies of the complete work for a university performance jury/exam when copies are requested by the jurors/examiners. Condition: these copies must be destroyed immediately after the jury/exam.

Please note that most music festivals (e.g., Kiwanis) and other competitions require originals of both the performer's and adjudicator's copies of a musical score/part. Additional copies (including digital PDFs) must be purchased for such purpose.
